Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Please ensure you review the product details carefully before making a purchase.

Damages or Access Issues
If you experience any issues accessing your purchased digital product or believe there is an error with your order, please contact us immediately at purelydot@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where there is a technical issue preventing access to the product and we are unable to resolve it. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. if approved the Amount will be transferred to the beneficiary account withing 2-3 business days.
